1. PRESENTACIÓN DEL CURSO
Transcurridos ya varios años desde la implementación del sistema acusatorio, sigue siendo una constante que el manejo de la prueba es vital, toda vez que los jueces solo pueden tomar decisiones en derecho fundamentados única y exclusivamente sobre la base de pruebas legal y oportunamente aducidas al respectivo proceso en la etapa de juicio oral.
Acorde con la estructura del nuevo sistema procesal penal, se hace imperativo que tengamos claridad acerca de lo que es un dictamen pericial, oportunidad para solicitarlo y presentarlo, aprender a controvertir los dictámenes periciales y conocer las reglas de valoración del mismo.
Debe hacerse en español e inglés.
Passed already several years from the implementation of the accusatory system, it continues being a constant that the managing of the test(proof) is vital, although the judges only can take decisions in right based only(unique) and exclusively on the base of tests(proofs) legal and opportunely adduced to the respective process in the stage of oral judgment(reason)
According to structure of new system procedural penal, there becomes imperative that we have clarity brings over of what is an expert report, opportunity to request it and to present it, to learn to controvertir the expert reports and to know the rules of valuation of the same one.
